It’s Time to Plan for the Unplanned
Join us as we speak with Marc G. Séguin, the author of Advocacy in Aging, a book about estate and healthcare planning for the living years, and learn how to build your team to help navigate unplanned life transitions.
Adult children, parents, and friends support each other through life transitions, positive and difficult ones, planned or unplanned. Parents wish to support their children through the good as well as challenging times. Children want to be ready to support their parents through natural aging, life events, or illness.
By planning for the unplanned, and building a team of advocates, it is possible to ensure continuity and consistency in financial affairs and personal care.
Learn how the PACT (Plan-Activate-Communicate-Transition) planning framework will allow you to live with peace of mind, knowing your affairs are well organized, communicated and ready for transition to trusted advocates.
This event is sponsored by Catherine Lach, Investment Advisor at BMO Nesbitt Burns.
Attendees will receive a complimentary copy of Advocacy in Aging. We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. If you require disability related accommodations, please contact alumnievents@concordia.ca by October 14, 2025 to allow us time to coordinate your request.
